Spencer T. Kuvin Appointed to the Board of Palm Beach County Justice Association

The law firm of Ricci~Leopold, P.A., located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is pleased to announce that Spencer T. Kuvin from the firm was recently appointed to the board of the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCTLA) for a one-year term.

Mr. Kuvin is a zealous advocate for victims, most recently securing a landmark settlement for the family of a deceased, elderly victim against Florida's Department of Children and Families.  Mr. Kuvin practices in the fields of Civil Litigation, General Personal Injury Law and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Kuvin's dedication to assisting indigent clients was recognized when he was given the "Put Something Back Pro Bono Service Award" in 1999.  He is a member of The American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers, and the Academy of Trial Lawyers.  He is licensed to practice before all courts of The State of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Kuvin attended Florida State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree with Honors, from St. Thomas University Law School. 

The Palm Beach County Justice Association is a countywide organization  comprised of over 450 attorneys and paralegals in Palm Beach County, who represent victims in civil cases. Established in 1985 with the goal of providing civil attorneys with the tools and resources needed to improve and enhance their trial practices, it continues today by offering its members educational and professional development through monthly networking meetings, continuing legal education seminars, and an extensive research bank.
