Consumer Justice Attorney Ted Leopold Files Case to aid Jane Doe in seeking justice against sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein and his associates

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLA--- On behalf of Jane Doe and her mother, Palm Beach Gardens Consumer Justice Attorney Ted Leopold has filed a State Court complaint alleging sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress of a minor, civil conspiracy and RICO violations against Palm Beach billionaire Jeffery Epstein and his accomplices Haley Robson and Sarah Kellen. This Complaint, which was filed Thursday, March 6, in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, is brought under a fictitious name to protect the identity of the Minor Plaintiff.

“Our primary concern in this matter is in seeking justice for an underage girl, who as a minor was sexually violated by an extremely powerful and wealthy man, who used his elite position and vast resources in the vilest way--to lure countless disadvantaged young girls to his lavish mansion and live out his lurid fantasies, without giving a moment’s thought to the harm and untold damage he was causing them,” said Ted Leopold, managing partner of the Palm Beach Gardens law firm of Ricci~Leopold. “Furthermore, his associates Haley Robson and Sarah Kellen colluded with Epstein to entice these young girls to come to his home on false pretenses. They should all be held accountable,” he added.

The complaint states that Epstein has a sexual preference and obsession for underage minor girls. He engaged in a plan and scheme in which he gained access to minor girls in his home and sexually assaulted these girls. In or about 2005, Jane Doe, then 14 years old, fell into Epstein's trap and became one of his victims.

Jeffrey Epstein carried out his scheme and assaulted girls in Florida, New York and on his private island, known as Little St. James, in St. Thomas.

“As a result of Epstein's and his co-conspirators intentional, reckless and vile acts, Jane Doe has suffered tremendously,” added Mr. Leopold. Our primary concern is in protecting Jane Doe as she continues to endure emotional trauma daily. This case is both about justice and making sure that a wealthy and powerful man knows that even he is not above the law,” Mr. Leopold concluded.
