Spencer Kuvin Has Joined the Law Firm of Ricci~Leopold, P.A.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.- Edward Ricci and Theodore Leopold , partners in the Palm Beach Gardens law firm, Ricci~Leopold, P.A. are pleased to announce that Spencer T. Kuvin has joined the firm as an associate.
Mr. Kuvin is a zealous advocate for victims, most recently securing a landmark settlement for the family of a deceased, elderly victim against Florida’s Department of Children and Families. Mr. Kuvin also received a verdict against the Palm Beach County School Board for negligently supervising a bus attendant who abused a mentally and physically handicapped child. Mr. Kuvin practices in the fields of Civil Litigation, General Personal Injury Law and the prosecution of Medical Malpractice claims.
Mr. Kuvin’s dedication to assisting indigent clients was recognized when he was given the “Put Something Back Pro Bono Service Award” in 1999. He is a member of The American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Palm Beach County Trial Lawyer Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association. He is licensed to practice before all courts of The State of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Kuvin, a true Floridian, grew up in Miami, attended Florida State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from St. Thomas Law School.
