Theodore Leopold Re-Appointed to Serve on the Florida Bar
Committee on Professionalism
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.- Theodore J. Leopold a partner in the Palm Beach Gardens based law firm of Ricci~Leopold, P.A. has been re-appointed as a member to the Florida Bar Committee on Professionalism.
Leopold is nationally recognized for his expertise and successful work on behalf of clients in handling complex matters of automotive crash-worthiness, managed care/insurance bad faith and wrongful death litigation. He is a sought after speaker, lecturer and instructor to bar and professional trial, business, advocacy and community organizations on managed care, legal and safety issues, and has co-authored a number of legal publications, articles and papers on the subject.
Leopold is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, The Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Trial Lawyer Association, American Board of Trial Advocates and the American Association for Justice. Additionally, he has earned the Florida Bar board certification, the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar, for competency and experience and is Board certified in the civil trial law. In 2000, he was honored by the Trial Lawyers of Public Justice as a finalist for the "Trial Lawyer of the Year." Mr. Leopold is active in a number of philanthropic, social service and community organizations and was recently elected President-Elect of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
