The Florida Bar Advertising Task Force

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.- Theodore (Ted) J. Leopold a partner in the Palm Beach Gardens based law firm of Ricci~Leopold, P.A. has been appointed to the 2004 Florida Bar Advertising Task Force. The Florida Bar Advertising Task Force is responsible for overseeing that Florida Bar advertising regulations are met.

Leopold is nationally recognized for his expertise and successful work on behalf of clients in handling complex matters of automotive crash-worthiness, managed care/insurance bad faith and wrongful death litigation. He is a sought after speaker, lecturer and instructor to bar and professional trial, business, advocacy and community organizations on managed care, legal and safety issues, and has co-authored a number of legal publications, articles and papers on the subjects.

Leopold is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, The Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Trial Lawyer Association, American Board of Trial Advocates and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Leopold has achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available from the nation’s most respected guide to the legal profession. Additionally, he has earned the Florida Bar board certification, the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar, for competency and experience and is Board certified in the civil trial law. In 2000, he was honored by the Public Justice as a finalist for the “Trial Lawyer of the Year.” Mr. Leopold is active in a number of philanthropic, social service, and community organizations.
