Spencer T. Kuvin is a 1996 Honors graduate of St. Thomas University Law School, where he served as an associate editor of the Law Review and Opinio Juris. Before joining Ricci~Leopold, Mr. Kuvin practiced as an insurance defense attorney in Miami for six years. In 2003 Mr. Kuvin moved to West Palm Beach, Florida where he practiced as a Plaintiff's personal injury attorney. Among his accomplishments are landmark settlements against the Florida Department of Children and Families, Tampa Electric Company, as well as a substantial verdict against the Palm Beach County Schools. Mr. Kuvin sits on the board of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers and the board of Temple Beth Zion. He also serves on the City of West Palm Beach Transportation Committee. Mr. Kuvin practices in the area of personal injury and wrongful death with a special concentration in claims involving complex medical issues and auto crashworthiness.
